Selangor, 2022 – Mah Sing Group Bhd newly launched M Senyum double storey terrace homes have received encouraging response from the market since its launch in May 2022. Its Phase 1 Camellia, which comprises of 262 units, was fully sold in less than 2 months.

Last weekend, 270 units of Phase 2 Camellia 2 valued at approximately RM170 million GDV achieved 96% take-up rate. Due to the overwhelming demand for these landed homes, 139 units of Phase 3 Rosalia are now available for registration of interest.

Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Property Subsidiaries, Benjamin Ong Chin Yee says, “We are confident in this product. True enough, the high take-up rates of Camellia and Camellia 2 have shown us that this is what the market needs, and we are confident that M Senyum will continue to perform well. We are opening up Phase 3 which comprises a total of 139 units for registration of interest, due to the encouraging demand for our M Senyum double storey terrace homes.

“It is very timely that the government announced the i-MILIKI initiative which benefits the home buyers by exempting them from paying stamp duty on the instrument of transfer and loan agreement. Property priced at RM500,000 and below will be entitled a 100% exemption, while property priced between RM500,000 to RM1 million will be entitled a 50% exemption.
