Kuala Lumpur, 2022 – Mah Sing Group continues its focus on the affordable home segment – M Series, with the official launch of M Nova’s sales gallery in Taman Wahyu, Kepong.
M Nova marks Mah Sing’s third project from its 2021 land acquisition, after M Senyum in Salak Tinggi and M Astra in Setapak. Sitting on 8.09-acre land, with estimated GDV of approximately RM790 million, M Nova is planned to be a mixed development with 3 blocks of serviced residences.

Mah Sing home ownership
In a widely anticipated move, Bank Negara recently announced an increase of OPR to 2.25% effective July 6, 2022.
Mah Sing had on July 1 launched its homeownership campaign called ‘H.O.M.E’, which stands for Home Ownership Made Easy.
The campaign will run from July 1 until September 30, 2022 and aims to address homebuyers’ main concerns of saving up for a down-payment, qualifying for a loan, and paying monthly housing instalments.
This H.O.M.E sales campaign by Mah Sing aims to make home ownership easier for the home buyers, particularly first-time home buyers, by continuing to offer attractive perks and discounts.
This campaign includes 13 landed and high-rise projects in the central, northern and southern regions. For home buyers on the verge of a purchasing decision, it is a good time to lock in properties at current prices before other material costs increase.

Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Property Subsidiary, Yeoh Chee Beng says in year 2021, the company acquired three new lands – M Astra in Setapak, M Nova in Kepong, and M Senyum in Salak Tinggi.
