Epson Expands With WorkForce Enterprise AM Series in Malaysia
The printers are designed with a softer shape, replacing hard corners with smoother, curved-in edges, and an enhanced Graphic User Interface (GUI) for easy identification of functions.
Epson, the global technology provider, has introduced a new series of business inkjet printers in Malaysia, consisting of the Workforce Enterprise AM inkjet printers. The range includes the AM-C4000, C5000, and C6000 A3 Colour Multifunction Printers.
These printers aim to provide an efficient, affordable and sustainable alternative to laser printers by incorporating innovative solutions and a compact design. The new WorkForce Enterprise AM series fills the gap in the market of mid-speed printers for corporate offices.

The AM-C6000 is a replacement for the current WF-C20600 LIJ printer, with a faster A4 2-sided scan speed, and a more compact design that can be installed in most office spaces. The WorkForce Enterprise AM series is equipped with two new finishers, an inner finisher that is installed directly in the main unit and a staple finisher with no external bridge unit.
The New WorkForce Enterprise AM series are powered by Epson’s Heat-Free Technology, which completely removes heat from the ink ejection process, resulting in the printers consuming less power compared to laser printers in the market.
The printers include a power consumption monitoring tool located at the bottom of the home screen, and a green leaf icon to highlight paper saving when printing or copying in duplex.
