Award Strengthens Mah Sing As A Malaysian Top Developer

Kuala Lumpur, 2022 – Mah Sing Group Berhad clinched the StarProperty All Star Award for the fifth time, recognised by StarProperty Awards’ judges and industry players as one of the top developers in Malaysia.

Another two awards conferred to the Group are Best Starter Home Award (Honour) – M Luna and Most Heart-Warming CSR Initiative Award.

The award ceremony held at Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur last night was graced by the Minister of Housing and Local Government, Yang Berhormat Dato’ Sri Reezal Merican Bin Naina Merican, and was attended by top property developers in Malaysia.

M Luna – The Starter Home Award

M Luna is Mah Sing’s second high-rise residential development in Kepong, strategically situated adjacent to the Forest Research Institute Malaysia and the 253 acres Kepong Metropolitan Park.

Launched in 2020, M Luna recorded 95% take-up rate, indicating that demand for affordable properties in the area remains high. As one of Mah Sing’s affordable M series, M Luna received encouraging response from homebuyers due to its strategic location, affordable price point and practical layout, hence winning the Best Primary Home Development under The Starter Home Award.

Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer of Property Subsidiaries Yeoh Chee Beng says, “To replicate the success of M Luna, we officially launched our M Nova sales gallery in July. M Nova is Mah Sing’s third project located within the neighbourhood of Selayang and Kepong after Lakeville Residence and M Luna, with gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM790 million.

“M Nova is planned to be a mixed development with 3 blocks of serviced residences. The development comprises 3 layouts from 700sq ft to 1,000sq ft, with an indicative selling price from RM318,000. The mixed development also comes with retail lots and drive-through retail.”
